Is 18 old enough to order alcohol on an Air Canada flight?

Legal drinking age varies between provinces in Canada, for example Quebec, where Air Canada's HQ is situated, is 18 y/o, but Ontario, where my flight is departing, is 19 years old. I am from Quebec.
