Help stop this planning application being accepted......................…

It is a corner property (or at least semi-detached) by the looks of it. The houses already in the road do not appear to have any architectural or historical merit so this is not an angle that could be explored. The space at the rear of the property you state the plans are for shows that it will essentially destroy the existing garden and also not have any garden of its own to speak of. Parking does not seem to be a problem in your area. While I think that this fashion for building properties on tiny plots or utilizing gardens and yards of existing houses is repellent I am afraid that I cannot see any reasons other than overcrowding of his own plot and a possible overlooking problem that figure against this gentleman.
