If I am 92Y Supply Seargent do I need to report to both a HQ Seargent and XO for my company or just my XO?

I only ask because I have work to do for the XO who is an Officer and my PLT Seargent constantly is interupting my work just to know what I am doing? Is there an AR that covers this situation so I can explain to my PLT seargent that I am busy and need to only work for one boss.
