I have the ingredients but not the recipe...?

I want to make pistachio ice cream and i have the ingredients written down but i lost the entire recipe! The ingredients are Cream, Skim Milk, Sugar, Pistachios, Egg Yolks, Corn Syrup, and Salt. Can someone think of anything?

Is $500 too much for a Bengal/Lynx point kitten?

Most purebred Bengal kittens are between $700-$900 as pets only, spayed and neutered. This does vary a bit from state to state but is around the national average. $500 seems a bit low actually.. is the kitten an older kitten? A retired cat? Do they give them shots, worming, health contract, Tica papers,a vet check and s/n them before they come home to you? Are they a licensed breeder or is this a one time shot from a backyard breeding? I'd do a bit more research into why they are pricing a kitten $200 lower than the starting point of almost every breeder.

So my friends are coming over in two weeks for my party and I want to make it the best party ever! I thought it would be fun if I had a buffet out for dinner of finger foods (since I love them) for junk food I have: Gold fish, potato chips/corn chips and dips, pretzels, cheese and crackers, trail mix, cheetos puffs, cotton candy, and chocolate chips. so after dinner buffet style junk food will be out. I'm also having a s'mores cook out so I have party candies, sprinkels, strawberry marshmallows, and coconut marshmallows so we can get creative with it! For party plates I want to get shoes on them and shoe napkins! and for the cups (this is so me) I want to get plastic wine or martine glasses and put sugar around the top! how does this sound? I'm turning 15 and I usally throw awesome parties that my friends LOVE so will they love this one?

Why do I sweat so much?

I'm 12 years old and I have been sweating so much under my arms recently. I'm too embarrassed to take off my jumper at school because my arms will usually be wet. Even when I am just sat on my laptop or watching TV or reading a book, I will be sweating. I asked my Dad about it and he said it's normal for my age. I understand that, but nobody else (and I mean nobody) sweats like me. I asked my Dad about this and he said, perhaps they aren't developing as fast as me, but every other boy at school is tall, muscular and have deep voices. I have tried polysporin desitin butt paste baby powder. I've let her air her butt out. What else can I do. Grandmother said use corn starch. My SNAKE has a bite =/ help?

I went to get a haircut, when i came outside some guys were trying to fight 2 horned lizards. and they put a CORN SNAKE in the middle so the lizards could eat it. one of the lizards took a bite but let go right away i asked the guy if i could take the snake ... although i didn't know anything about the snake i took it. Unique tasty veggies?

I have listened to a piano piece I find very beautiful, but unfortunately I could never find out who has composed it. If you have an oblong shaped face probably chin length is the shortest that looks best however, if you want a pixie cut go for it, it doesn't really matter about your face shape anyway its more about what you feel comfortable with :)

Why did my dog have a seizure?

I have a 12 yr. old terrier mix. Found out like 6 months ago she has diabetes. I have to give her insulin two times a day every 12 hours, i give her 15 units each time, She started off with 6 units 6 months ago and it did no good cause she was still peeing (and drinking a ton of water) all over the house, so she finally got under control at 30 units total a day, which the vet said was totally fine, and also said she was capable of having seizures sometime down the road from the insulin; but she's been having 30 units a day every 12 hours for the last 3 months I would say, why would i come home randomly at 4 in the afternoon and find her having a seizure? (yes she's fine now, I called the vet freaking out not knowing what to do he said to put corn syrup on her gums and she should be fine which she was) cause she went from shaking horribly and not being able to stand up and laying on the ground with her head jerking back and fourth. I was scared horribly for her. That's my question.

Alright, so I got my corn snake Wednesday. (he was shipped from CO) The guy told me not to mess with him for about a week, so i took the cup he was in and laid it in the cage and as soon as he was out and saw me taking his box out, he bit me! What should i do about my snake dilemma?

3 weeks ago I bought a baby corn snake. He's really great except for one thing, he won't eat! I know that snakes can go a while without eating but what I'm worried about is that petco sold him wayyy to young and I don't know if he's ever even eaten before. Sore and feeling ill 2 days after working out?

So I haven't worked out in about 6 months but before that I was working out regularly almost everyday for about two years. Well I met with my new personal trainer two days ago and he pushed me so hard I vomited... twice. It could be something medical. Its called Hyperhydrosis (i beleive thats how you spell it) and it affects a lot of people. Dont feel self conscious about it. I personally have it, and I went to the doctor and he gave me this medication to put on my underarms and it itched at first, but it basically blocks the sweat glands. It really worked for me. Why is our 4 year old Cocker Spaniel losing teeth?

She has horrid breath. We have had her teeth cleaned twice in the last year. It is huge expensive and I am afraid of the general anesthesia. Lynx clubs have been around a long time. Fred Couples won the Masters playing them in 1992. Ernie Els, Ben Crenshaw, and Payne Stewart all won big events with them as well. They're not a top of the line brand that pros play anymore, and are more focussed on value clubs and complete sets. My daughter plays with a set of lynx clubs and I think they're great. I've actually hit them and they perform well. Go for it, they're very good clubs for the price.

Working on starting a zoo in Missouri with emphasis on smaller and lesser known animal species. I have a lot of experience with frogs, and have a reference library on exotic animals. I have joined American Association of Zoo Keepers, the Feline Conservation Federation, United Peafowl Association, American Pheasant and Waterfowl Society and am a former Board of Directors member for the Chicago Herpetological Society. I have written a couple articles on frogs for Animal Finders Guide magazine. Missouri has rather liberal animal ownership laws and I am looking for around 20 acres in a rural setting near Kansas City. I would exhibit what Gerald Durrell called "little brown jobs" as opposed to traditional charismatic megafauna, like servals or caracal lynx instead of lions or marmosets or tamarins instead of chimpanzees for example. I would have a killer amphibian display especially since so many species have gone extinct in such a short period of time and frogs are my favorite animals. Suggestions and advice are requested. I am older so not a kid by any means and really want to make this happen. Animals are my life and I will focus on conservation and education, setting it up as a non profit and working on mentorship and in situ conservation for habitat preservation. Thank you in advance.

K. I joined some army **** for after school activities. I really hate it and tomorrow, they have a field trip to their HQ; we're gonna be there for 12 hours. Pet Rat Food Help Please?

I have two six week old baby male rats. They have Small World complete feed for mice and rats for a mixed food along with Premium Mouse and Rat blocks "vitamin and mineral enriched made with corn and molasses 8 in 1" For treats they have Kaitee Yogurt Chips made for rabbit & Guinea pigs but they like them and I was told they were safe for rats is that true? They also have lil buddy snackers pretzels for hamsters gerbils mice rats rabbits and guinea pigs. Is this ok? for their nesting fluff I use Wild harvest natural bedding for hamsters gerbils rats and mice which is made form the seed pod of the Kapok tree. I have found that my rats also love seedless grapes, watermellwatermelonthe seeds out) tomatoo atomatok oil sun flower seeds along with corn on the cob. is this all safe for them. Anybody familiar with old film cameras?

I've got a Yashica Lynx 14 that I picked up at a thrift store. It's a great camera, in great shape, however the shutter is stuck. It obviously needs to be cleaned after years of not being used, and I know I need to take the front lens out, but is there a way to do that without a lens spanner tool? I've already tried using a friction material and a small screwdriver in the little notches, but to no avail. The thing won't budge. How else can I get the lens element out? (I've already gotten out the black retaining ring with the nameplate, I just have to get out the lens.) Any help is appreciated!

I collect warhammer 40,000 and i have three armies,chaos,tyranids and imperial guard. For chaos and tyranid i got a small army with 1 HQ and 2 troop choices and then would add to it as i started a new one. This worked fine with chaos and tyranids until i got to imperial guard. It is taking me ages to get teh basic army as i didnt realise that you cant have cadian shock troops in a seprate squad, only in a platoon. This means that i am gonna have to get another command squad, another cadian shock troops. Also i dont have the codex (i got all of the imperial guard info from my freinds codex, but i only had a quick look) So could anyone recomend a good troop choice while i save up for the codex plz

Well my only guess would be the food web and the trophic levels. Which ones are plant eaters? Which ones are carnivores? Plant eater animals eat the plants, animals higher in the trophic level eat the plant eater animals. And on and on. Also, Clover and sunflowers are edible, so plant eaters eat the seeds, spread thema round in the grassland through poop. Etc... For plants like the gooldenrod with light seeds that get picked up in the wind, there arent any obstacles to stop them from flying everywhere and germinating far away in the grassland. I could go on and on :P

So I'm on a diet and I'm trying to decide what to eat for dinner. I guess I'm just more trying to eat healthy and watch portion size then be on an actual diet. I normally eat 1,500 calories a day and I try to burn off 500 every day which should result in a 1 pound weight loss every week. For breakfast today I had a smoothie that I made myself with 1 banana and 1 cup of vanilla soy milk accompanied by a tray of ice which was about 200 calories and for lunch I had a peanut butter sandwhich on wheat bread with an ear of sweet corn and a cup of apple sauce. That all adds up to around 710 calories so if I want to stick with eating around 1,500 then I guess i have a lot of calories for dinner tonight. I was thinking I piece of grilled chicken which is about 120 calories an ear of corn which is about 80 calories and a plain baked potatoe which I've heard a hundred things about that they have 160 calories and that they have 300 calories and that they are healthy and that they are horrible so I don't know if I should eat it or not.

In the states you have to check with your local gov. to see what stipulations are set about owning a Wild cat as well as doing research on if they are endangered, what kind of permits, their diets, find vet to take care of them, special needs (like toys, environmental, medical, etc.) Housings for cleaning, inspections, etc., insurance for you, the property, and anyone who is there. Check with your local zoo's or collages as well as the internet. If I am not mistaken they are an endangered animal so private ownership will not be permitted but if you run a sanctuary for them it might be something different. The love of an a wild animal is not just enough to own one. A lot of time and dedication is needed also. If you have a job you will have to hire someone to be there when you are not and don't forget the price for taking care of it. You better be rich. I don't recommend anyone getting a wild animal just as a pet. It is a life altering thing. But if you are determined to do it, be on your toes at all times.

Buy new pc or try to salvage the HP I still have?

I own an HP 2005/2006 Media Center a1632x pc. Hard drive is dead for sure. I went to best buy to get a replacement HD(western Digital). Then I decide to call HP HQ cuz I dont have the orginal discs that came with the pc when I bought it. They tell me that I can try to install a working MIcrosoft XP OS copy when i format/reinstall windows to the hard drive but the likelihood of this actually happening successfuly is slim-maybe 5%. They claim that the drivers for this model are outdated or something and that they normally dont carry drivers for a pc 5 years and older. They also tell me that I am probably better off buying a new pc tower for $300 from them. Anyone out there familiar with this stuff please help me!

Any Australians who have legal permission to breed wallabies even those who own their own private zoos still have to abide by local laws and unless you own a zoo or preserve thats part of a recognized breeding program to increase genetic diversity I doubt you can get a license to import from Australia even if the wallaby is not from one of the endangered species?

How badly am I being taken advantage of by this shady car dealership..?

Hey guys. To make an entirely long story short I will first state that I am a 20 year old college student from Connecticut who went to purchase a used 2006 chevy cobalt ss (5 speed) from Northshore Chevrolet of Smithtown in Long Island New York. This was my first time buying a car and I had saved my hard earned money on it. The sales rep insisted that the car was in perfect shape and several mechanics had taken a look at it. I thought I could trust him but I asked him if I could get it inspected by a mechanic at home and he kind of hesitated but agreed. In any case I had the car for two days and the clutch began slipping. I've driven manual for 4 years and know that it wasn't my lack of experience. I didn't race with the car I literally owned it for 2 days. Another thing I noted was that when I parked on my hill the car would roll back even with the ebrake up. I asked around and was told that the previous owner must have been a racer because of several after market modifications including an exhaust, cold air intake, and towering strut. Also the fact he was a racer was evident because my friends informed me that ebrakes become damaged like that due to drifting and that the clutch was probably beat to the ground. I was worried about the safety of my car and life so knowing how badly the clutch was slipping i called AAA to tow it to a local GMC dealership. The mechanics checked it out and told me that not only was the clutch ruined but it damaged the flywheel and several other parts. The ebrake was completely worn and the rear brakes were gone. Also the tires were stripped bare. I called Smithtown Chevrolet back inquiring about repairs and they informed me that it was probably my driving because world class premier mechanics had checked it out blah blah blah. Anytime I tried to get answers I would get the run around. I was so fed up I started writing several complaints on their dealership and called GMC/Chevrolet HQ. I was informed that the clutch was a wear item and it couldn't be covered. Now they're trying to tell me they'll split the cost of the brakes but under the New York State Lemon Law it says that dealerships must replace faulty parts such as brakes within a time limit. My issues were almost immediately after my purchase. I am in need of some serious help please! I have called these guys about 12 times trying to get them to repair it but they will not own up. It just seems so unfair that they sold me a car that was obviously a lemon and lied about it.

Please help! My corn snake bit me!?

So the other day my snake had just arrived from being shipped from CO. The guy told me not to mess with it for about a week, I put the box it was in into the cage and as soon as it came out it bit me! now it didn't hurt (at all) but it was scary. And another thing is It's wayyy smaller than I thought it would be, it's a baby (not even a year) and its sooo small. Is there a certain way to tame it? I know not to mess with it for a while to let it get used to its new home, but after that how do I tame it if it won't let me anywhere near it? Plus its so tiny I'm afraid of hurting it?

Corn snake heating confusion?

I am going to purchase a corn snake sometime in the near future, however I am confused about the heating. I understand you place a heat pad underneath about 1/3 of the tank, and place thermometers inside to control humidity and and such. What is the best way to burn fat and build muscle on a budget in regards to a diet and exercise?

Im an 18 year old 6'1 210lb male with hardly any muscle, my normal diet is pretty simple, junk, i drink nothing but soda, about a 24 pack of coke every 2 days, as far as food is concerned i eat things like corn-dogs and microwave burritos for dinner, i work third shift so its hard to plan meals as my girlfriend works days, most of the time i grab what i can, when im at work for lunch i buy 2 Monster energy drinks because the last few years i don't get very good sleep and don't have much energy, and its paired with things like chocolate chip cookies and Doritos i really need some help ive looked online but most things i found are either expensive, hard to cook because i don't know how and my schedule conflicts, or its not something i can just buy outright at lunch time at work, i work in Wal-mart so i have some options but im not sure what to get, now that ive covered food my lifestyle also comes into play, just about every night that im off work or when i get home in the morning i sit down and play video-games or mess around on the computer until i go to sleep, so other than work which im constantly walking and lifting(im a stocker) i don't get much exercise, and to make matters worse im a longtime smoker i used to smoke up to 2 packs a day but have cut down in the last year to a little over half a pack a day, please any help with advice on exercise, food or drinks, how to get my better sleep and energy back, I don't know if anyone can help with the smoking but ill throw that in as well, it would be greatly appreciated

We have a black angus heifer that is about a year old. She is in her own pen that is about half an acre big. She is fed twice a day with a sweet feed/Corn mix. She has free feed of cane hay and she get's alfalfa everyday too. She has clean water in her pen. None of that is new to her, and there has been no change in her feeding schedule or food. There is a steer calf in the pen next to her. There are two horses in another pen around her. But none of them have access to her. Today when we woke up she is mooing very loud and running around. The mooing is non stop and she is pushing on the fences and acting strange. Any ideas what could be the issue? She ate her feed and then went right back to mooing and running around.

you should be fine i brought a cat home from my parents after it had been fed grocery store food for like 4 years, and switched her to the innova as well she LOVES it although hated the soft food at first. they will likely eat less because it is more nourishing so it fills them up faster just follow the directions on the package for their age/weight group and they'll be fine. It shouldn't be detrimental at all many cats live to be in their 20s eating grocery store blends their whole lives. but the first thing you will probably notice in them is the change to their coats they will get so nice a shiney from the human quality food.

What type of breeds are my cats possibly mixed with?

I have two cats, a boy and a girl. The boy is orange (red) and white (no fluffy tail) and the hair underneath him is medium length. The girl is a calico color blend with white (no fluffy tail). They are both considered American Short-hair tabbies but I think they could be mixed with other cat breeds because the male is bigger than a normal male cat for his age (a little over 1yrs). Both cats have white bibs and the bib on the male seems a little more fuller. But it is not as long and full as the Maine Coons and Norwegian Forest cats. We call him lion face, lol. The girl's face reminds us of a lynx (just a tad). His eyes are gold and circular and hers are green and more slanted. Also both cats do not have typical meows. Both more so shrill, whine...talkative. Both also aren't scared of water. I have taken both to the groomers and have gotten good results. The female cat acts like a dog too...follows you everywhere, fetches, hyper, chases her tail (so cute when she does this). The male is a little more laid back. Maybe because he is a little older idk. He's also moody. One minute he wants to be petted and the next he may bite. He is a rescue so maybe he's affected by his previous past, household? But any help in figuring this out would be greatly appreciated so my family and I can know how to communicate a little better with these kitties. Thanks

I am trying to burn a dvd but have to convert files........?

I have downloaded a movie in flv format via RealPlayer. Because the file is flv, it does not allow me to add it to moviemaker (windows). Because of this, i have used the RealPlayer converter to convert it to ipod Video format - which would be mp4. Still, i had to convert it to wmv file so I can add it to moviemaker in order to edit it. I did all this and i was successful in doing so, however the quality of the video is HQ. it is pretty clear, but it turns out to be...shaky. The sound is intact and everything is fine except the video appears shaky. Why is this happening? How can i fix it?

The asthma may not be an issue, since you didn't have active asthma after age 13 (hope it says so in your records), you would be fine there. However, the skin condition is an issue. the reason is you are not world wide deployable with it due to not being able to get take all of the vaccines that you need to deploy. The smallpox vaccine could KILL you...no joke. Additionally, your skin condition, even though in the past, make you sensitive to chemicals that are used in the military that you have never come into contact with. This would limit your choices of AFSCs. It usually takes 30 to 45 days for them to make a decision on a waiver like yours.
