Where can i watch the death note movie?

hey everyone i used to own a dvd copy it was english dubbed (i hate subbed) i have tried for about an hour to find a stream on google with no luck. it has to be hq (blotchy pixilation messes with my eyes) i don't mind having to download it so long as it is dubbed and in high quality
