What is a 1stLt's role in MARSOC/FORECON?
Does a MARSOC/FORECON Lt participate in missions or do they play more of a management role from HQ? I have read that a MSOT consists of 14 people, does that include the Lt? I know that in the Fleet the Lt typically does not participate in missions unless it is Company wide, is that the same for MARSOC/FORECON?
