SNAKE HAS BITE ! :( HELP!?

I went to get a haircut, when i came outside some guys were trying to fight 2 horned lizards. and they put a CORN SNAKE in the middle so the lizards could eat it. one of the lizards took a bite but let go right away i asked the guy if i could take the snake ... although i didn't know anything about the snake i took it. Its tongue is flickering, its moving, and it seems in stable condition it just has trouble moving the lower part of its body where it got bit. the snake is exactly 18 inches long and less then half an inch in width.. suggestions?
