My Sims Agents for Wii mission question?

I am right now playing My Sims Agents on Wii. I just went underwater with Tobor and got the map for the Crown of Nightmares. I was told that the mission was done and to go back to the HQ. So I did and now I'm talking to everyone but I can't figure out what to do now or where to go. Nobody's telling me anything. I was told to go back to the boardwalk but I can't figure out who I need to talk to or where I must go there? Help please.
