I have really really really bad rashes on the bellybutton and they are spreading to my butt.?

My doctor says these rashes are very uncommonn and could be fatal. Does anyone have any recommendations. I could be dying, please help. I am a teenage girl and I may only have 4 months to live. Please tell me good creams or medications, i also enjoy tacos and corn on the cob.
