How to upload HD Video to facebook .S ? ? ?

ok now I upload the video it shows HD next to the name but it doesnt play hd. the quality shows bad the music quality .. but others somehow upload HQ videos .. My videos are at HQ format too .. to watch at hd they need to go to my videos and than click watch in hd but no ones does that so when yhey click play it needs to directly play in HQ in small screen how can i do that please help me i will choose you thee best answer if it hellps thnk youuu
