How to Play HQ Video perfectly on slow PC?

My PC is too slow to play a HQ Video (Size 534 MB) Perfectly. I use KM Player. When I play HQ Video of large size it doesn't play it perfectly. It is played with breaks, no continuity nor in audio neither in video. Please tell me the easy tips to enable my PC to play that Video.
