Free screen recorder please help!?

Hi! I'm looking for a free (COMPLETELY free not a trial or anything like that!) screen recorder. That records in HQ, and records sound. Cause I want to record a video off of this site, and I can't seem to find a screen recorder that will record really amazingly as well as HQ sound too.. Please help? LINKS!
