Does the anime CD's comic alley sell is a original copy?

i heard if you buy an anime w/ 2 CD's in comic alley it cost P100.00?? (not sure) but it only has 12-13 episodes... O.O i just cant afford original anime dvd's (it's very expensive!) but i already know cheaper ones which is a pirated,. but soo damned!! almost all was so low in quality!! hmp.. ANOTHER Q!! is their CD's are HQ &HD?? :D w8ing for good ones to answer.. thank you!! O.o
